The Acushnet Lions held their annual Rubber Duck Race on Sunday, 6/16, with 1,000 numbered ducks sent into the Acushnet River at the Acushnet Sawmill and corralled at the northern end of River’s End Park behind the NAPA building. First price was $1,000, 2nd prize was $500, third price was $250. 1st Place, #891; 2nd Place, #696; 3rd Place, #695. The Lions did not name the winners.
