Back by popular demand, “The Haunted Whale Ship,” event returns Sat., 10/29, 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the New Bedford Whaling Museum, 18 Johnny Cake Hill, New Bedford. Tickets are $5 and children 12 and under are free. Tickets can be bought at the door or online at www.whalingmuseum.org.
The whaleship Lagoda will be in its haunting glory for all to explore — if you dare.
You will meet ghosts from New Bedford’s seafaring past throughout the museum, and find your way through a mad whaling captain’s lair. Don’t forget to dress up and join the costume parade. The not-TOO-scary fun includes arts and crafts, refreshments and much more.
