Well, so much for the sanctity of Executive Session, huh? It seems everyone knows that the Fairhaven Select Board voted not to renew the TA’s contract (see page 4). But, then again, who knows for sure? It all happened (or didn’t) behind closed doors.
Hopefully, the exit negotiations won’t go on much longer and we can get some corroboration. Meanwhile, the usual characters are providing the usual enertainment.
Mmm…let me change that. This was weird, even by Fairhaven standards. See page 4 for this week’s Select Board story. And if you have the time, sit in your favorite spot, poor the wine, pop the popcorn and watch the show.
Draw your own conclusions.
Okay. LISTEN UP!!!
!!!!ATTENTION!!!
Next week is our Halloween Trail issue. I have only ONE entry so far. C’mon you guys. I know you’re out there decorating. Send me some info: Where you are, what hours you’re open for people, if you have goblins or just fairies. Deadline is this Friday so we can publish on 10/24.
There’s other stuff in here, of course, including our cover story on page 12, and some pics of the Northern Lights. My readers are the BEST! I never did see the lights.
Make sure you notice who our advertisers are so you can tell them you saw their ads in the Neighb News.
Until next week then, see ya,
Glory to Ukraine!
Glory to the Heroes!
