It just never ends with this guy. The rule of law is supposed to be what separates us from everyone else. Now, he’s threatening not to give back-pay to people who aren’t getting paid during the shutdown, or even fire some of them.
That’s betrayal. Pure and simple betrayal.
But, hey…tariffs…immigrants BAD…401K up…woohoo!
Saturday there will be another nationwide “No Kings” protest. Thousands of places will have rallies, protests, and other events to show that millions of us will not go down without a fight.
These are not “hate America rallies” as the anti-democratic cult members will try to have you believe. These are “Save America” rallies. As I’ve said before, nothing may seem to happen to change things as you stand and hold those signs and chant and wave. But I assure you, nothing happens without those rallies and protests. The lapdogs and cult members may not be swayed. But everyone else can be.
See page 14 for a few of the local events and a link to others.
The Select Board had a looooong meeting this week. They covered all kinds of stuff. See pages 4 and 13 for that.
Our cover story was a fun one, albeit kind of small. The weather really put a damper on it. But the people who did go had some fun. See page 12 for the story on the all-inclusive fair.
And, we did get something in on the plane that crashed in Dartmouth. Is that every driver’s nightmare or what? A plane falling out of the sky onto the highway. So sad for the two people on board who were killed. The person driving is going to be okay. See page 3 for that.
There’s other stuff in here, of course. While you’re paging through, be sure to notice who our advertisers are so you can tell them you saw their ads in the Neighb News.
Until next week, then, see ya,

Glory to Ukraine!
Glory to the Heroes!
