If you are not totally freaked out, then I would venture to say you do not understand the situtation.

Let me quote 4th Circuit Judge, James Harvie Wilkinson III, a super super super conservative judge appointed by Ronald Regan in 1984.

In a decision that totally smacks down the Big Buffoon and his goons from kidnapping people off the street, whether they are gang members or not, the Honorable Judge Wilkinson writes: “It is difficult in some cases to get to the very heart of the matter. But in this case, it is not hard at all. The government is asserting a right to stash away residents of this country in foreign prisons without the semblance of due process that is the foundation of our constitutional order. Further, it claims in essence that because it has rid itself of custody that there is nothing that can be done.

“This should be shocking not only to judges, but to the intuitive sense of liberty that Americans far removed from courthouses still hold dear.”

Hmm…liberty…and….that means freedom…where have I heard that before?

“If today the Executive claims the right to deport without due process and in disregard of court orders, what assurance will there be tomorrow that it will not deport American citizens and then disclaim responsibility to bring them home,” he writes. “And what assurance shall there be that the Executive will not train its broad discretionary powers upon its political enemies?”

Some of you are telling me that you agree with the Big Buffoon, but not the part about snatching people off the street. Well, I say to you: That’s the whole shebang, the whole enchilada, the whole point of this experiment we call democracy and the United States of America. If they can snatch us off the street without cause, they can do anything. See the Bill of Rights on page 4. Refresh your memory about those rights we Americans like to scream about.

I have more, so much more, but it’s late. I’ll save it for another day and let the Honorable super-super-super conservative judge do the heavy lifting this week.

It’s only seven pages. Google it, read it. Get away from state regime media (FUX news). Read the primary documents. You’ll be amazed.

The spring events are picking up. West Island Road Race this weekend, Town Meeting and Cherry Blossom Festival next weekend. See pages 5, 6, 7 for all kinds of fun stuff happening.

Oh…one more thing. Will you all calm down about the flag not flying at the Fort? The pole is broken. It’s been discussed at Historical Commission meetings and at the Select Board meeting. They need to replace the pole. It’s in the works. Patience, Grasshopper, patience.

Until next week then, see ya,

Glory to Ukraine!
Glory to the Heroes!
