This weekend is the annual food drive by the letter carriers (see page 5). So, don’t forget: put some nonperishable food out by your mail box. All the food goes to local pantries.
So, here’s a good one. Some shmuck took all our papers, about 100, from a restaurant, and probably the place across the street, and ran off with them. How f’g low will you sink to try to put me out of business? Probably the same people who are always screaming about their First Amendment rights.
You not only hurt me when you do that, you hurt our advertisers. They run ads so that people who read the paper will see those ads. You’re not just hurting this small business, you’re hurtiing every small business within these pages. But, hey, you do you. Just heaven help you if I ever catch you in the act.
Fairhaven held its annual Town Meeting (see page 4), and managed to squeak through one more time. It does not look good for next year. Unless the state kicks in, we’re all in trouble. Acushnet, too (see page 3).
And, no, I’m not going to stop telling people about the Big Buffoon in DC, or all the Little Buffoons in Congress supporting him. They actually could not pass a law that says American citizens can’t be deported. The rep who sponsored it said it was “batshit crazy” that we had to make a law of something so obvious. But Republicans shot it down. They think it’s okay for American citizens to be deported. Where the hell to, you idiots? Citizens are citizens. They don’t have anywhere to go.
You’re all just so sure that your name will never appear on a list, right? So F everybody else.
The Big Buffoon actually said out loud that he did not know if he had to uphold the Constitution. He said the lawyers are looking at it. Guess he forgot about that pesky litle oath he too.
Our Constitution is what makes us who we are. He is destroying all the things that DO make us great. And so many of you think it’s fabulous.
So who hates America, again?
