Town Officials are Childish and Immature
I receive the Neighborhood News by email and have been subscribing for several years. Although I no longer live in Fairhaven, I grew up there and graduated from Fairhaven High. I remained in the Greater New Bedford area until I retired in 1993, when I moved to Florida. However, I wanted to stay in touch with my home town and found the Neighborhood News the perfect way to do it.
I am writing this letter to tell you and the town officials that I am embarrassed at how immature and childish the town officials are behaving. They are all acting like a bunch of clowns. I am disgusted by the pettiness displayed by most of them. I can’t believe the residents of Fairhaven have voted these idiots into office. I definitely agree with you that these board meetings have become “shitshows” and are a waste of the taxpayers’ time. People of Fairhaven, you can do better. Next election vote these clowns out of office and replace them with some serious, mature officials.
