• July 24 Cameran Shave Jazz Orchestra. 16-17-piece big band that plays a wealth of big band music from the 1930s to today. The band also plays original arrangements and orchestrations by the bandleader himself. Because the band comprises proficient improvisers, the music will always sound different and unique.
• July 31 The Dave Richardson Band will be grooving on New Orleans Funk, Texas Blues, Classic Soul, and driving Rock & Roll. Dave is joined by Jan Schmidt on vocals, Nate Goncalo on drums, and Bret Carlson on bass.
• Aug 7 The Jethros
• Aug 14 The Catnip Junkies
Concerts are held rain or shine. Join us under the pavilion, or in the community room in the event of rain. This program is supported in part by a grant from the Acushnet Cultural Council, a local agency which is supported by the Mass Cultural Council, a state agency.

Support the Friends
Support your local library and take a chance on winning a cash prize this summer! The Friends of the Acushnet Public Library will be hosting its first ever 50/50 raffle, in conjunction with the library’s Wednesday evening outdoor Summer Concert Series. A winner will be drawn at the end of each Wednesday concert. The winner of the raffle will receive half of the proceeds, with the remainder retained by the Friends to fund future programs and services at the library. Tickets are $5 each (cash only) and can be purchased during the library’s Wednesday evening Summer Concert Series (June 26 – August 14). A listing of the concerts can be found on the Library’s Facebook page or website (https://acupl.org). The Friends of the APL is an all-volunteer non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that promotes library enrichment and services for the community and provides items not funded through the Town budget
