The Shepherd’s Panatry is still open to help those who need to get food. We want to assure our regular families, and new families alike, that we are taking every precaution to make sure our handling of the food is safe and sanitary. The safety of our volunteers and for all who depend on the pantry is parmount.
Every volunteer wears a mask and gloves; we make sure are clients stand no less than sive feet apart in the parking lot and only two clients are permitted in the building at any one time. We are also organized to make your trip quick and efficient.
If you have any questions, please call the pantry from Wednesday to Friday, 508-863-9389 to confirm hours of operation. The pantry is open from 9–11 a.m. on Saturdays, at Long Plain United Methodist Church, 1215 Main St., Acushnet.
