Flags around the country flew at half staff on Friday, 9/11/20, to commemorate the 9-11-01 terrorist attack on the twin towers in New York City, the Pentagon, and a fourth site, probably the White House or the capitol. Terrorists flew hijacked planes into the twin towers and the Pentagon buildling. A fourth planel Flight 93, crashed in a field in Shanksville, PA, after a group of passengers thwarted the attempt. The exact target of Flight 93 is unknown.
