The region saw about 4” of snow this Sunday, a rare occurrence this winter. This is the first snow that we couldn’t just ignore. It was enough to need plowing and shoveling and the temperatures stayed well below freezing so it is still not about to melt anytime soon. The forecast predicts a dusting to one inch over the weekend, but nothing significant. At Fort Phoenix, the Neighb News missed some of the bigger kids from earlier in the day, but we caught the Cornier family enjoying some tubing and sledding on one of the smaller hills.
