The Fairhaven High School Theatre Company is thrilled to announce the production of this year’s fall play, Murder on the Orient Express! Just after midnight, a snowdrift stops the Orient Express in its tracks. The luxurious train is surprisingly full for the time of the year, but by the morning it is one passenger fewer. An American tycoon lies dead in his compartment, his door locked from the inside. Isolated and with a killer in their midst, the passengers rely on detective Hercule Poirot to identify the murderer – in case he or she decides to strike again. Ken Ludwig’s clever adaptation of the Agatha Christie classic boasts all the glamour, intrigue, and suspense of Dame Agatha’s celebrated novel, with a healthy dose of humor to quicken the pace.
Murder on the Orient Express will be performed at Fairhaven High School on November 8th and 9th at 7PM, with a matinee on November 10th at 2PM. Tickets are $20 for adults, $15 for seniors and students, and $10 for FHS students and staff (ID required at the door). Tickets are general admission and can be purchased at the link below as well as in person at each performance. For more information, please email mrebelo@fairhavenps.net.
