The Fairhaven High School PTO organized The Blue Devil Craft and Vendor Fair at FHS on 11/20, with 87 vendor tables spilling out from the gym through the halls, upstairs and downstairs, in the Performing Arts Center, and stretching from main lobby to back lobby. Proceeds will benefit the class of 2022.
Most vendors reported good sales, with a large and steady stream of potential customers strolling through the school.
“I love it. I’m having a ball,” said Becky at the Maskerella table, where she was selling all brightly decorated face masks.
“We’re selling a lot. We’re happy,” said Wendy Pacheco staffing the Blue Devils table.
“It’s a nice community,” said Hillary Kanter, who had a booth at Fairhaven Marketplace this summer.
“It’s been a nice afternoon,” said Tom Hopkins at the Nettie’s Bees table selling honey. “People are in a good mood. Everybody needs today.”
He said everyone has missed being able to get out in public.
“It’s nice to be out in public again spreading cheer,” he said. “Just seeing people and spreading good health is the priority. The rest is gravy…or honey.”
