Fairhaven had to cancel its July 4th parade and activities at Fort Phoenix due to COVID-19 restrictions, but that will not stop the town from celebrating the Independence Day on July 4. The town is creating a video, with a car parade, the raising of the big flag, interviews with town officials and residents. The video will be released on July 4 and will be available at FairhavenTV.com, and will also run on the local Comcast Cable Channel 95
