Notice is hereby given that the Fairhaven Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:30 P.M. on March 27, 2018, in the Town Hall, 40 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA.
The purpose of the hearing will be to receive information and public comment on the following application for Special Permit. The applicant, Bruce Bisbano & Assoc. Inc., is requesting approval for a change of use from a restaurant, Pizza Hut, to a bank, Citizen’s Bank. In addition, the applicant proposes to remove 9 parking spaces and add a 24 hour drive up ATM and Night Drop on the north side of the building. The location is 21 Fairhaven Commons Way, Map 26, Lot 13.
A copy of the application is on file for public review at the Planning Board Office, Town Hall from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. For more information or to schedule an appointment to review the application call the Planning Department at (508) 979-4082, Ext. 9.
