The ladies of the Fairhaven High School class of 1961 celebrated their 60th reunion with a luncheon at Seaport Inn and Marina on 76/25/21. They traveled from across the country to celebrate their long friendships.
“We were a special class, reuniting every year, but this one is a big one!” wrote Betsy Lebeau to the Neighb News. “Our lasting friendship is so important to us. Many are friends since first grade. Only in this beautiful town could this last sixty years. we went through Brownies, Girl Scouts and Junior High. We still love and remember our wonderful teachers.”
She added: “It was the best of Fairhaven High School. Full of love.”
