Parks & Rec Survey
The Town of Fairhaven has been working with SRPEDD and BETA Group to assess the community’s existing parks and recreation areas. We are looking for your input to help shape the future of these important community spaces.
The survey begins with a few general demographic questions, followed by three open-ended questions for each park or recreation area:
• What do you like about the park?
• What improvements would you like to see at the park?
• Is there anything else you would like us to know about the Park?
You can provide as much or as little feedback as you would like.

Housing Survey
Fairhaven is currently creating its first Housing Production Plan, which is a 5-year plan that outlines Fairhaven’s strategy for producing and maintaining different types of housing in town.
The survey is anonymous and should take about 10 minutes to complete. Your feedback will help us write the most authentic and representative plan possible for Fairhaven.
