The Fairhaven Council on Aging held its annual Veterans Luncheon at the Senior Center on Wednesday, 11/9/22, to honor local veterans.
“We had an AMAZING time today Honoring our Veterans at our luncheon,” posted the Senior Center on its Facebook page. “We would like to thank the sponsors, Alltrust Bank, Vitra Health, and Coastline Elderly Services. Thank you to Judy and Barry DeRossi for their entertainment today as well.”
The COA also thanked the Fairhaven Lions Club for presenting a friendship flag to Brad Fish, Fairhaven’s Veterans Services Officer.
The club also presented a flag to the COA, and a flag that was originally from the Oxford School.
“As always, thank you too all veterans for your service!” they wrote.
