Early voting for the presidential election on Tuesday, 11/5/24 is underway in Massachusetts. Registered voters can vote at the designated times and the votes will be counted on election day.
The 11/5 ballot will include races for: president of the US, US Senator, US Congress, state senators and representatives.
Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. statewide.
Voter registration deadline is Saturday, 10/26. Town clerk’s offices will be open until 5 p.m. that day.
Deadline to request a mail-in ballot is Tuesday, 10/29.

In Acushnet, all precincts vote at the Acushnet Elementary School, 800 Middle Road, Acushnet, on 11/5.

In Fairhaven, all precincts vote at the Recreation Center, 227 Huttleston Avenue, Fairhaven on 11/5.

New Bedford
Residents in New Bedford and across Mass. can use the state’s online tool at www.sec.state.ma.us/ OVR/ to check their registration status, party enrollment, and polling location. New Bedford residents can also call 508-979-1420, email (Elections@NewBedford-Ma.gov), or visit the Elections Office at City Hall (Room 114) to check voter status, find their polling location, or seek more information.
• In-person early voting will take place Oct. 19 to Nov. 1 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Downtown library, 613 Pleasant Street.
