A series of events celebrating the lasting impact of Frederick Douglass and his family will be held in Boston, Lynn, and New Bedford, three Mass., cities where the renowned abolitionist lived and worked. #DouglassWeek 2025 will feature exhibits, conversations with Douglass descendants, activists, educators, and scholars, musical performances featuring Broadway artists, and guided tours of historic sites; and virtual events.
