The Fairhaven Community Preservation Committee is accepting applications for the FY26 funding round. The FY26 Community Preservation Submission Guidelines and Application Forms are available on the Town’s Community Preservation Committee Webpage – https://www. fairhaven-ma.gov/community-preservation-committee
Since 2006, the Fairhaven CPC has appropriated over $9,250,000 in funds that have created 126 affordable housing units, supported another 362 affordable housing units, protected over 755 acres, created and maintained several recreation facilities, and restored 64 historic preservation projects.
Activities that can be funded are:
• Acquisition, creation, and preservation of Open Space.
• Creation, preservation, and support of Community Housing.
• Acquisition, creation, and preservation of Historic Resources.
• Acquisition, creation, and preservation of land for Recreational Use.
The Deadline for CPC applications is Friday, Sept. 27, 2024 by 12:00 PM.
