Coves Open for Shellfishing

Attention Shellfishers!!! Round Cove and Senior Cove are now OPEN for shellfishing! Harbormaster Timothy Cox planted over 1300 bushels between the two coves! Go get em!! Jack’s Cove is also open.

North Cove will be closed until further notice. 

Please note, you MUST have a 2021 Shellfish Permit issued by the Town of Fairhaven to take part. Resident Non-Commercial & Non Resident Non-Commercial Shellfishing Permits are now available online. Find the link at https://www.fairhaven-ma.gov/marine-resources-department or purchase them at the Fairhaven Town Hall in the Selectmen’s Office.
