Climate Change and How to Create a Better Future. It’s happening. It’s happening now. The changing climate is already affecting ecosystems and communities across the globe, but it is not too late to take action.
The League of Women Voters Southcoast elected climate change as an action priority for Southcoast communities, and they aim to bring all residents up to speed on climate change and its impact by way of an educational session with guest speaker Ms. Laura Gardner, on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. at the Millicent Library, 45 Center St., Fairhaven.
Ms. Gardner is a local Climate Reality leader and the chair of Climate Reality Massachusetts Southcoast.
Come join Laura Gardner, and the LWVSC to learn about the local and global effects of climate change, as well as what you can do to help create a better future for the planet.
