The Boston Athletic Association will celebrate the 129th running of the Boston Marathon presented by Bank of America on Monday, April 21, 2025.

The first racers leave Hopkinton at 9 a.m. Wheelchair leaders will start arriving at the finsh line Boston at about 10:30 a.m., with pro men and women following at bout 11:45 a.m.
Best place to watch in Boston: The final stretch on Boylston Street is what athletes have been training months for. Celebrate and cheer as they earn their unicorn medals!
