When one reads a “Chet and Bernie” mystery you will be reading a story narrated by Bernie’s dog Chet. When they are asked by an old time criminal friend to locate his only law abiding relative — his brother, they begin a search where they have unexpected dangers including an oil company conspiracy.
The book, written by Spencer Quinn, will be discussed at Fairhaven’s Millicent library, 45 Center Street on Thursday, 12/15 at 10 a.m., in the library’s meeting room accessible through the Walnut Street entrance.
