Massachusetts voters are facing nine questions on the ballot in the 11/3/26 election. See our story in our 9/24/26 issue for details on each question.

Early voting starts on 10/17 throughout the state. Mail-in voting and absentee voting has already begun.
See page 21 for times and location to vote early in Acushnet. Fairhaven and New Bedford have not released their early voting details yet.

Questions 1-8 are laws proposed by initiative petition. If passed by the voters, these proposals would become law. Question 9 is a referendum on an existing law. Voters are asked if they approve of the existing law. If a majority vote “yes,” the law will remain in place. If a majority vote “no,” the law will be repealed.
