Southcoast residents are invited to attend Hannah’s Bags of Kindness – a fundraiser hosted by Dartmouth High School junior and Miss New Bedford’s Outstanding Teen 2022, Hannah Lima. The event offers guests an evening of food, live entertainment, auction items, and more – all for a critical cause.
Sat., 3/19, from 6:00pm to 11:00pm at the Century House, located at 107 South Main Street in Acushnet. Proceeds will directly benefit foster and adoptive children, with a portion also being donated to celebrate and honor local healthcare professionals.
Tickets are $50 each. Attendees are also encouraged, but not required, to bring new backpacks and duffle bags to help a child move between homes. Additionally, Lima seeks new blankets and basic toiletries to support homeless and transitional youth. Any donated item will entitle the guest to a free raffle sheet.
