The 39th annual Apple-Peach Festival will be held on Sat. & Sun., 9/8 & 9, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Long Plain Museum, 1203 Main St., Acushnet. PARADE: Sun., 10 a.m. from Pope Park to feast grounds. Free admission.
Free parking and admission. Shuttle bus from Ford Middle School on Middle Road will run all day to the feast grounds. Features entertainment, crafts, food and fun!
