Acushnet’s Treasurer Kristie Costa has accepted a position with the Town of Mattapoisett after 12 years with the Town of Acushnet. She started working in the Finance Department as an Accounts Payable Clerk, worked her way into the Collector’s Office as the Assistant Collector, and then moved up and became the Treasurer/Collector within a short period of time.
“Kristie has been a dedicated employee for the Town of Acushnet and we wish her all the best in her future endeavors,” wrote the Selectboard’s office in an email.
