The Town of Fairhaven is seeking Fairhaven Residents to serve on various committees. Please consider volunteering to serve on a Board or Committee. By participating on a town Committee/Commission/Board you will have a voice in your local government.

Letters of interest may be mailed to the Selectmen’s Office, 40 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA 02719 by June 25, 2020 or emailed to Selectmen@ Fairhaven-MA.gov
The following boards have vacancies: Agricultural Commission, Bell Committee, Bikeway Committee, Broadband Study Committee , Cable Advisory Committee, Capital Improvement Planning Committee, Commission on Disability, Community Preservation Committee, Conservation Commission, Council on Aging, Dog Park Study Committee, Economic Development Committee, Fire Apparatus Study Committee, Historical Commission, Lagoa Friendship Pact Committee, Local Emergency Planning Committee, Marine Resources Committee, Rogers Reuse Committee, Sustainability Committee, Zoning Board of Appeals, Cultural Council
In addition, there is currently a vacancy on the Board of Public Works. The Board of Selectmen will be appointing a resident to fill this vacancy until the next municipal election. Please write a letter of intent if interested in filling this vacancy.
