The Fairhaven Conservation Commission will hold the following Public Hearing pursuant to the Code of the Town of Fairhaven Chapter 192, Wetlands:
1. CON 023-133: 130 Ebony Street Notice of Intent filed by John Hinds for the demolition of the existing cottage and construction of a new single-family home with rear deck and associated site work at the property located at 130 Ebony Street, Assessors Map 43A, Lots 235-237. Work to take place in buffer zone to Isolated Vegetated Wetland.
Public participation will be via virtual means only: Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order suspending certain provisions of the Open Meeting Law, M.G.L. c. 30A, §18, and the Governor’s March 15, 2020 Order imposing strict limitation on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the Fairhaven Conservation Commission will be conducted via remote participation. The public may participate in this meeting via remote participation. Information regarding remote meeting access, listed above, will also be provided on the Conservation Agenda posted on the Town’s website at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
