The Westport Cultural Council encourages all artists, writers, scientists, musicians, historians, creative people and organizations to apply for a Helen E Ellis Charitable Trust grant. This year the Council has an astonishing $35,000 to distribute, and we are hoping for a record number of applicants. You do not need to be a Westport resident to apply.

Nine printed copies of the application are required. Applications can be left at the Council’s mailbox on the 2d floor of Town Hall, 816 Main Road, or mailed to the Westport Cultural Council, P.O. Box 4089, Westport, MA 02790. Deadline HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO APRIL 3.
The Westport Cultural Council strives to continue Miss Ellis’s mission by awarding grants that support arts, music, crafts, conservation, wildlife, and history preservation projects and programs for children and adults.
