Board of Health Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held at 40 CENTER STREET, TOWN HALL AUDITORIUM on WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 23, 2019 at 6:30 P.M. to review and hear comments relative to a proposed Board of Health Regulation entitled TOBACCO ESTABLISHMENT CAP REDUCTION AND FLAVOR BAN. Proposed policies in the draft regulation include, but are not limited to, the following:
• restricting the sale of flavored tobacco products;
• reducing the number of capped tobacco permits as they cease to be renewed or said tobacco establishment closes.
