Notice is hereby given that the Fairhaven Planning Board will conduct Public Hearings at the above date and location.
• 1) RX 2019-02: Benoit Square Rezone to Mixed Use (MU) The purpose of the hearing will be to receive information and public comment on a proposed Zoning Bylaw to amend the Zoning Map in North Fairhaven near Benoit Square along Main Street to be rezoned from their existing district (RA, RB and B) to the Mixed Use District (MU) to be considered at the Fall Special Town Meeting to be held on November 12, 2019. The proposed Rezone specifically includes the following described lots which are currently zoned variously as either Single Residence District (RA), General Residence District (RB), Business District (B) to be rezoned to the Mixed Use District (MU) and are comprised of the following Assessor’s Map-Lots: 18-013, 18-014, 18-014B, 18-078A, 18-078B, 18-078C, 19-120, 19-127, 19-128, 19-130, 19-176, 19-200, 19-239, 19-244, 19-246, 19-252, 19-254, 19-255, 19-256, 19-257, 19-258, 19-276, 19-314, 19-316, 19-322, 19-375, 19-377, 20-293, 20-321, 22-253, 22-254, 22-272, 22-273, 22A-001, 22A-022, 22A-023, 22A-024, 22A-047, 22A-048, 22A-169, 22A-170, 22A-173, 22A-183.
2) SP 2019-11: Off the Hook, 56 Goulart Memorial Drive, Fairhaven, MA James and Mary Moraux of West Island Marina and Off the Hook, Inc., are requesting approval through the Special Permit review process to bring the Special Permit on the property up to date to ensure all local permits are in conformance with one another at the marina and restaurant located at 56 Goulart Memorial Drive on Long Island in Fairhaven. The location is Map 42, Lot 23B (2.89 acres) owned by Nasketucket Holdings LLC c/o James L. Moraux.
3) SP 2019-12: Nye’s Lubricant, 10-12 Howland Road, Fairhaven, MA Apex Companies, LLC (Apex) on behalf of its client, Nye Lubricants, Inc. (Nye), is requesting approval through the Special Permit review process to modify an existing Special Permit, issued June 24, 1992, to re-pave an existing approximately 25,000 sf parking lot with binder and top coat, while reducing the total impervious area by more than 5,000 sf. The project also involves stormwater controls including a vegetated filter strip and two raingardens designed to be compliant with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act.

4) DS19-01: Hiller & Timothy 16-Lot Definitive Subdivision Map 28C, Lots 71 and 71A, Fairhaven, MA The applicant, Robert Roderiques, is requesting approval through the Definitive Subdivision review process to create sixteen (16) buildable lots with two drainage parcels on a 15.08-acre parcel of land off of Hiller Avenue and Timothy Street. The location is Map 28C, Lots 71 and 71A. The proposal includes establishing frontage for the proposed 16-lot subdivision by creating three new dead-end roads off of Hiller Avenue and Timothy Street.
