FAIRHAVEN PLANNING BOARD CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Fairhaven Planning Board will conduct a Continued Public Hearing at 6:30 P.M. on Tuesday September 10, 2019, in the Town Hall, 40 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA. The originally scheduled Public Hearings scheduled on July 9 and August 13 were continued without taking any testimony.
The purpose of the hearing will be to receive information and public comment on the following Definitive Subdivision application: 1) DS19-01 – The applicant, Robert Roderiques, is requesting approval through the Definitive Subdivision review process to create sixteen (16) buildable lots with two drainage parcels on a 15.08-acre parcel of land off of Hiller Avenue and Timothy Street. The location is Map 28C, Lots 71 and 71A. The proposal includes establishing frontage for the proposed 16-lot subdivision by creating three new dead-end roads off of Hiller Avenue and Timothy Street.
A copy of the application is on file for public review at the Planning Board Office, Town Hall from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. To schedule an appointment to review the application call the Planning Department at (508) 979-4082, Ext. 123.
