The book chosen by Millicent Library”s Book group is “The Last Child in the Woods” by child advocacy Richard Louv. The author discusses the link between exposure to nature and a healthy childhood. Exposure to nature can be found in one’s back yard.
The selection will be discussed at Fairhaven’s Millicent Library, 45 Center Street, Fairhaven, on Thursday, April 18, at 10 a.m., in the library’s meeting room, accessible through the Walnut Street entrance.
