REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Children who are expected to enter Kindergarten or First Grade in the Fairhaven Public Schools next September must be registered at their neighborhood school on March 26, 2019 — (Last Name A–J), March 27, 2019 — (Last Name K–R), or March 28, 2019 — (Last Name: S–Z). Prospective students do not need to be present. Registration will be from 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Registration forms are available at each of the schools or on the district website (www.fairhavenps.org).

Wednesday, March 27, 2019Last Name: K–R
Thursday, March 28, 2019Last Name: S–Z
Entrance age Kindergarten: Any child, resident of Fairhaven, who turns age five (5) on or before August 31, 2019 is eligible to register for Kindergarten.
Entrance age First Grade: Any child, resident of Fairhaven, who is six (6) years of age on or before August 31, 2019 is eligible for first grade.
Please Note:
• Registration for kindergarten is not necessary if your kindergarten age child currently attends a Fairhaven Public School Preschool at East or Wood.
• Registration for first grade is not necessary if your child currently attends kindergarten at East or Wood School.
Items that must be provided at the time of registration are:
Birth Certificate
Immunization records
Residency Statement
Proof of Residency
Registration Form
Certified copy of probate court order or judgment relative to the custody of the child. In the event of a restraining order or other legal decree, please ensure that up-to-date information is on file in the school office.
