A Public Meeting to review and discuss the draft Purchase and Sale Agreement including Project Renderings for the Oxford School will be held on Tues.,* 6/21, at 7 pm at Town Hall.
The Town intends to enter into a Purchase and Sale agreement with SCG Development Partners, who intend to develop and operate an approximate 63 unit multifamily affordable housing rental property for tenants aged 62 years and older. The Town and developer will be available to review and answer any questions on the project.
A copy of the draft Purchase and Sale Agreement and Project Renderings will be available on the Town’s website at www.Fairhaven-MA.gov under “Documents and Contracts” > ”Rogers/Oxford Documents”. Contact the Board of Selectmen’s Office at (508) 979-4023, Ext. 2 for further information.
