PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Fairhaven Conservation Commission will hold the following Public Hearings pursuant to the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. c. 131, s. 40) and the Code of the Town of Fairhaven Chapter 192, Wetlands:
1) 108 Sycamore Street Notice of Intent filed by SITEC, Inc. on behalf of Christopher Simmons for the demolition of the existing derelict structure and the construction of a new duplex at the property located at 108 Sycamore Street, Assessors Map 20, Parcel 33. Work to take place within Riverfront Area and the Buffer Zone to a Bordering Vegetated Wetland.
2. CON-19-018 84 Fort Street Notice of Intent filed by Foth-CLE Engineering on behalf of Chau and Ly Dang for the construction of a pile-supported pier, gangway, and floating dock, with an 8’x8’ deck patio at the property located at 84 Fort Street, Assessors Map 5, Parcel 7. Work to take place within Land Under Ocean, Beach, Land Containing Shellfish, and Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage/Zone AE.
3. CON-19-020 68 Winsegansett Avenue Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Frederick Miller for a soil evaluation and percolation test, including the removal of a portion of a concrete driveway, at the property located at 68 Winsegansett Avenue, Assessors Map 42A, Parcel 258. Work to take place within Buffer Zone to Beach and Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage/Zone VE.
4. CON-19-021 18 Bonney Street Notice of Intent filed by Alan and Mary Wolfe for the demolition of the existing house and the construction of a new house with a drive under garage, and the installation of a driveway using the existing curb cut at the property located at 18 Bonney Street, Assessors Map 28B, Parcels 190&191. Work to take place within Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage/Zones VE and AE.
