The Fairhaven Conservation Commission will hold the following Public Hearings pursuant to the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. c. 131, s. 40) and the Code of the Town of Fairhaven Chapter 192, Wetlands:
1) CON-19-009 46 Bay Street Notice of Intent filed by Denise Hunt for the construction of a single-story, 2-bay garage, and the relocation of the existing gravel driveway, fence and landscaping to accommodate the garage at the property located at 46 Bay Street, Assessors Map 28A, Lots 423. Work to take place within Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage/ Flood Zone AE.
2) CON-19-011 905 Sconticut Neck Road Notice of Intent filed by N. Douglas Schneider & Associates, Inc. on behalf of Robert Davis for the demolition of an existing cottage, construction of a new single-family home, installation of a new septic system and utilities, construction of a new driveway and the placement of fill at the property located at 905 Sconticut Neck Road, Assessors Map 43, Lots 148 & 149. Work to take place within Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage/Flood Zone VE.
