Eight-year-old Elmire Arsenault will be competing in the National American Miss pageant in Anaheim, CA in November, representing her home town of Fairhaven. To raise money to participate in the pageant, Elmire is making and selling artwork (mainly cyanotype prints and canvas splatter paintings), which she will be selling at the Fairhaven Farmers’ Market on Sun., 9/16, from 11 a.m.–3 p.m., 151 Alden Rd., Fairhaven.
