The North Fairhaven Improvement Association held its annual Music Night and Car Show in Benoit Square on Sunday, 8/19/18, featuring classic and antique cars, and Eddie and the Exciters playing all the old tunes, while people danced in the street or listened to the music. The dancing and car show were free, and attendees could also buy hot dogs and other tasty items to help them keep up their strength while dancing the evening away. Cool weather settled in on Sunday, the first time in weeks that heat and humidity were not oppressive, and people took advantage of the break in the heat to show their dance moves.
