The Millicent Library in Fairhaven hosted a bottle-rocket-making program on Friday, 7/27, with Dr. Toby Dills, who taught children and their adults how to make a bottle rocket with two two-liter soda bottles and other undisclosed ingredients. Then they went across the street to the lawn of the Unitarian Memorial Church and shot off the new creations.
