The Fairhaven Conservation Commission will hold the following Public Hearings pursuant to the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. c. 131, s. 40) and the Code of the Town of Fairhaven Chapter 192, Wetlands:
• CON-19-001 360 New Boston Road. Notice of Intent application by Eleanor Carlson to install a septic system repair/upgrade at the property located at 360 New Boston Road, Assessors Map 40, Lot 28G. Work to take place within the 100-ft buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland.
Copies of the applications listed in this hearing notice may be viewed at the Office of Planning & Economic Development in Town Hall, located at 40 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA.
