Fairhaven Conservation Commission
The Fairhaven Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on April 23, 2018 at 6:30 P.M. in the Fairhaven Town Hall. Purpose is for the Request for Determination of the following matters as required by Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 131 Section 40 as amended.
NEW PUBLIC HEARINGS:
• Request for Determination Applicant Marilyn E. Saltus Trust/George E Saltus Trustee Location 73 Nakata Ave Plot 43 Lot 97 Purpose install a 16’ by 30’ concrete patio within 100’ of coastal beach and within a VE flood zone.
