Fairhaven Conservation Commission
The Fairhaven Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on February 05, 2018 at 6:30 P.M. In the Fairhaven Town Hall, Purpose is for the Request for Determination of the following matters as required by Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 131 Section 40 as amended.
NEW PUBLIC HEARINGS:
• Notice of Intent Applicant Brightman Family Trust Location 18 Wilbur’s Point Drive Plot 43 Lot 86 & 87 Purpose construction of sloped stone rip rap seawall within a coastal bank.
• Notice of Intent Applicant Sherry L. Gomes Location 16 Wilbur’s Point Drive Plot 43 Lot 85 Purpose improvements to sea wall within a coastal bank.
• Notice of Intent Applicant Chad Pompella Location 177 Ebony Street Plot 43B Lot 312 Purpose raising existing dwelling base flood elevation.
• Notice of Intent Applicant Greg Carey Location 20 Yankee Lane Plot 39 Lots 16, 23, 30 Purpose installation of 2 ground mounted photo voltaic arrays, within 100’ buffer zone to BVW and within the NRB.
