The West Island Improvement Association held a special scallop dinner fund-raiser on Saturday, 8/26, featuring the culinary talents of Chef George Karousos, who made five different dishes with fresh, non-processed, aka “dry,” scallops, courtesy of Captain Ray Starvish.
