Join The Unitarian Universalist Society of Fairhaven (UUSF) for Celebrating Connection and Blessing of the Backpacks on August 27th.
The UUSF welcomes you to a “Celebrating Connection” Worship Service on Sun., 8/27 at 10:30 a.m. with our annual Blessing of the Backpacks to follow at 11:45 a.m. in Lady Fairhaven Park. Students of all ages, from pre-k through adult learners and teachers, are welcome to bring their school bags and receive a blessing for the year to come.
All are welcome to our potluck celebration at noon. We will supply sandwich fixings and beverages. Please join us and bring a dessert, fruit, salad, or side/chips to share. Worship Service takes place at the Unitarian Memorial Church, 102 Green Street, Fairhaven, MA and is open to the public.
