School Buses
Dear Frankie,
I dread that soon I’ll be riding on the bus to school with a bunch of barking dogs pushing and shoving to get the best seats.
I begged my mom to drive me to school, but she just laughed and rolled her eyes.
By any chance, do you know if schools provide cab vouchers for dogs who feel uncomfortable in close quarters? If I can’t get a voucher, I think my only option is to play hooky.
Cooper
Dear Cooper
I’m not aware of any schools that provide cab vouchers for students like yourself. I think this is a case where you are just going to have to grin and bear it.
If it’s the noise that bugs you, wear earplugs. If it’s the pushing and shoving, get on the bus last. But whatever you do, stop ringing your paws about something you have no control over and accept that school buses, like vet visits, are a necessary but unpleasant fact of life.
And forget about being a truant.
Best, Frankie
