Public Hearing
The Acushnet Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing at the Acushnet Police Conference Room, 64 Middle Road, Acushnet, MA 02743, on Thursday, September 17th, at 6:30PM, on the application of Nathan J & Karissa E Deree, for a special permit under MGL 40A Section 13 to Acushnet’s Zoning Bylaws Article VIII Section 3.3.1 B (8). – Parking of one commercial vehicle is allowed; however the applicant would like to have three (3) commercial vehicles allowed as opposed to one (1), at 224 Perry Hill Rd., Acushnet, MA 02743, Assessors Map 8 Parcel 35A. A copy of the application is available for inspection in the Town Clerk’s office during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Interested parties are invited to attend.
